What people said about the Spacious Day Retreat, April 2025…

“The location was stunning and, from pulling into the drive, I could feel my tension slipping away. As I took part in the day’s activities the sense of coming home to myself through the busy-ness just grew, and with it a sense of time and space to release tension in the mind and body. The food was amazing, the other people were lovely, and taking more time than usual to unwind and unfold in Caroline’s expert hands has been a real treat. Highly recommended.” Daisy
“It was so nice to enjoy yoga in such a beautiful setting, and only a hop and a skip from Bristol. This made it much more accessible for me. The venue was just perfect. The food delicious. And the invitation to swim was the perfect end to the day. The day was just the right balance of yoga, space to connect with others, and to take time for yourself. It went so quickly, which I think is a sign I was enjoying myself!
My body is alway so grateful for your approach and your healing hands. And I enjoyed the Somatic practice..” Katy
“The venue was incredibly beautiful – a wonderful spot to unwind and Mandy’s hospitality made me feel at home as soon as I arrived.
Caroline’s teaching was, as ever, really inspiring and full of fresh ways of working with our practice. The time flew by and it felt like we’d only just started as the day came to an end. Despite that, we managed to fit in a refreshing swim in the natural pool and warm up by the wood-burner with a cup of tea and flapjack. I left feeling totally invigorated and yet fully present and relaxed.
I appreciated the small group – Caroline kept the retreat to just 9 which made it feel very informal and friendly, a really lovely group of people to spend the day with.
Oh yes, and the food was superb…I had to stop myself from eating too much!” Amy
