A private lesson can be really helpful.
If you are new to yoga, you may feel more comfortable trying it in a private space, particularly if there are health issues or physical limitations you are concerned about. Just one lesson can be enough to reassure and give you confidence to join a class.
If you are developing your yoga practice or teaching, you might want time for more hands-on guidance, work on specific yoga asanas, explore taking your practice in a new direction, how to help your own students and to discuss your questions in a private setting.
In person costs £65 for an hour or £90 for an hour and a half. You can share a lesson with a friend (minimum 1.5 hours) and split the cost. I teach at my home in Knowle, South Bristol in a tranquil, light-filled room.
Online costs £60 for an hour, £40 for 40 minutes – shorter sessions are only available to people who have worked with me for some time already.
Generally, I am available Monday, Wednesday & Friday daytimes. Other times are possible too – just ask!
