The Summer Solution

Recorded yoga classes to keep your practice going over the summer, at times that work for you. Plus Live Sessions on 17th August! (also available to book separately)

Move through summer feeling grounded, connected, good in your body and in flow, ready for the new autumn term.

Do you find yourself getting excited by the potential that the summer months offer? Longer days, more energy, perhaps more unscheduled hours – isn’t this the ideal time for more yoga?

But somehow it doesn’t happen! With the looser structure and spontaneity that summer can bring, your yoga mat stays rolled up in a corner of the bedroom and practice falls by the wayside. September comes round and it feels as if you’ve forgotten it all and that you’re starting from scratch.

Somewhere between spontaneous away days and late evenings outdoors (plus the lie-ins that follow) you, er, forget. Come to think of it, you’re not even sure if you remember how to do it anymore!

And even if you are still able to commit to a regular class, chances are your teacher is in a field somewhere in Cornwall, tripping over guy ropes or trying to find a dry box of matches to light the stove with…

When your regular schedule is all over the place and you’re sidetracked by all the summer possibilities, it’s easy to neglect yourself.

This summer it gets to be different! This is an invitation for you to take time out from the excess of summer and come back to your body, your breath and your essential self – whenever it suits you.

There were many times in my own life where I meant to look after myself better, where I would say “I want to start doing yoga regularly‘. Yet, somehow, saying ‘I want‘ keeps it just out of reach – as if it’s somewhere else that you haven’t quite got to yet – something for another day. How much more empowering it feels to say
I choose to make time for yoga in my life.

So, if that sounds appealing, I have just the thing for you!

The Summer Solution
is a collection of pre-recorded Zoom classes along with a few live sessions to support you to honour your intentions this summer.

What’s included

15 x Pre-recorded yoga classes to watch at your convenience and as many times as you want (until 6th September 2025).

A simple diary worksheet to print out and track your practice.
