Should you book an individual lesson?
A private lesson can be really helpful if you are new to yoga or haven’t done any for some time. You may feel more comfortable trying it in a private space, particularly if there are health issues or physical limitations you are concerned about. Just one lesson can often be enough to reassure and give you confidence to join a class.
Perhaps you sense that it’s time to move your established practice in a new direction, that you’d like some inspiration or would simply like to have more time for individual hands-on guidance.
If you teach, you might want to know more about how to help your own students and to discuss your questions in a private setting.
I teach at my home in Knowle, South Bristol in a tranquil, light-filled room.
Currently my best days for this are Monday, Thursday & Friday daytimes. Other times are possible too – just ask!
