How often do you pause to just breathe? To be really simple….to open, welcome and receive the soft, sweet refreshment of an inhalation…and then to release it freely, effortlessly; dissolving into the sense of peaceful emptiness that can remain in your body? 

Regularly? Sometimes? Never? 

You may feel with life so busy, there is barely time to breathe and yet you sense that on the other side of learning to breath consciously there is a spacious freedom and it’s calling you. 

Whatever the story has been it can change and it can change NOW.

An immersion into sensitive breathwork that honours the intelligence of YOUR body.

Deepen awareness of the breath in simple movements that can transform the way you approach your asana practice.

Develop a breathing practice that serves your physical, mental and emotional well-being so that you can experience greater presence  in your everyday activities, relationships, parenting, and be more at home in yourself.

Tune into your breath and enter into a beautiful dance with the mysterious gift of life.

Course includes

Background of breathing in the context of ancient yoga texts.
Classic yoga breathing/pranayama techniques & how to introduce them in a way that respects and meets the body where it is.
Breath enquiries in a variety of simple positions (standing/sitting/lying etc). 
Mechanics of breathing & how your mind/breath/emotions/posture are intertwined.
How to cultivate conditions for the most important breath of all: your natural breath.

Are you ready you a deeper intimacy with you breath ? With life itself ? 

The sessions will be recorded for you to watch in your own time, available until 2nd May. Each session will include approximately 20 minutes Q & A time – this part will NOT be recorded , neither will the Integration session which will be interactive throughout.
